Mid-Year Orientation
January 16, 2024

University ID Card Pick-Up
8:30 – 10:30 AM, Observatory Hill (525 McCormick Road)
ID Office: Located on the Ground Floor of Observatory Hill (O’Hill) – entrance is on the McCormick Road side of the building.
**Please remember to bring your original valid government-issued picture identification card (either your U.S. Driver’s License issued by DMV, U.S. Identification Card issued by DMV, U.S. Permanent Resident/U.S. Department of Homeland Security/U.S. Green Card, Passport or U.S. Military ID card) to obtain your ID. Photocopies will not be accepted.

University Housing Move-In
8:30 – 10:30 AM, Various Locations
Only for students living in University Housing on Grounds. Students must have University IDs to move in. Your University ID serves as your key to your University Housing. If students are available prior to this date, they may move beginning January 12th so long as they have their University ID.

ITS Set Up
9:30 – 10:30 AM, Student Health and Wellness Multipurpose Room 100A (550 Brandon Ave)
If you would like help setting up your laptop/tablet on the University network, please bring your laptop/tablet to this session and representatives from our Information Technology Services office will be on hand to help.
